Confidentiality
CITE often needs to hold information about service users in order to provide a full service and also to satisfy the government agencies who fund CITE so that we can provide a free service to users. However, all information is held securely and confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

CITE designs its services to meet the needs of the individuals that we help and also the needs of employers. When advising, training and supporting you our priority is to assist you to make informed decisions about training and employment. We will help you to consider the options that are available and to take steps towards developing your skills for employment that are best suited to your needs, interests and circumstances. We recognise that you are the decision-maker and the service should be relevant to your needs.
Providing a friendly and professional service
CITE staff are helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. CITE staff are experienced and qualified to deliver the services available and have effective connections with other organisations that can help you where appropriate.
Quality
CITE holds the IAG Matrix quality kitemark and all our services are delivered in line with the national IAG Matrix Board principles and standards. We are also OFSTED and Common Inspection Framework compliant.
