Our approach
CITE helps people to gain employment or to increase their employability as they progress towards employment. All of our services are driven and structured with the employment goal in mind, so we have two customers: the individual and the recruiting employer.
Working in partnership
We are keen to reach those people who most need help with getting work or developing their skills, and we recognise the need to work closely with different communities to achieve this.
